Want to see how my visit to the Westgrove Hotel Wedding Showcase went? Even though I have my venue booked I though I would check out some local wedding fairs so that I can blog about them and it might be useful for some of you brides/grooms out there.
The Westgrove Hotel in Clane, Co.Kildare had their wedding showcase yesterday the 18th April from 2pm – 5pm. They had the ballroom and ceremony room set out as it would be for a wedding. The arrivals reception was laid out with some bubbly, cocktails, tea, coffee and some delicious food. You also have the opportunity to get shown around and have a chat with their dedicated wedding team. Another bonus of this showcase is that a few vendors are set up there that you can talk to if you are still looking for suppliers.
They have a few different bedroom types open for you to have a look in and obviously the most important one for the bride and groom the BRIDAL Suite. They happen to have a lovely Bridal Suite. It is very spacious and I wouldn’t mind spending time there I think 1 night wouldn’t be enough!!

Moonlight Wedding Band were having a showcase too on the day. They provided a great atmosphere while you are looking around being able to listen to some good music. If you are still looking for a band they are worth checking out.
